1970 Ericson 29, Hull Nº5
I'm currently undergoing a refit after a long period of inactivity in California's Sacramento and San Joaquin River delta.
I've got an LOA of 28' 7", LWL 22' 0", a
Draft of 4'4", a Beam 9'3", and I displace 8500#.
I carry 11 gallons of Fuel and 18 gallons of Water.
I have a nifty three burner LPG stove with oven fed by an eleven pound tank which lasts me about three to six months.
I have a VHF radio to keep in contact with friends and the Coast Guard should the need arise, an electric 1100 gph bilge pump as well as a manual backup, running, steaming and deck lights, cabin lights, 2 battery 12 VDC system with panel, stereo and last but not least, a cozy porta-potty in the head.
My owner was kind enough to rebuild the top end of the Atomic 4 that had given up the ghost some number of years ago, and now she runs like a champ.
There is still much work to be done before I'm ship shape and bristol fashion, but progress is progressing!
